The Finnish born Congolese, UK-raised rap artist Yanz, aka King Yanz, started rapping in his brother Martysowavey’s footsteps. Yanz’s dynamic range and unique way of combining old school hip-hop, UK drill and grime with conscious hip-hop is thought-provoking. Shying away from the stereotypical drill culture and lyrics, he has managed to keep the sound authentic while staying true to his style. Yanz is redefining the music industry, showing that dreams can be made in many ways, owning his record label and helping young artists like himself produce meaningful music and keep touching hearts with good vibes.
