Finally! We and many others have waited for so long, but now it is becoming reality! The well-known Vasa-based guitarist Jan “Jacke” Jacobson, who has more or less played with everyone in the region during the last 35 years, will finally play his own songs live. A world premiere at Humlefestival that is! During the last years Jacke has, supported by his son, artist and music producer Sebastian, been re-mastering some of his old analog recordings. The result can be found on Spotify under the name “Jackets” and it sounds more than good. Musically Jacke can be found at the interface between blues and melodic rock.
At Humle, Jacke will be supported by Sebastian on guitar, Janny Hyöty on guitar, Robert “Robban” Granholm on percussion, Stefan Jansson on keys, Daniel Hjerppe on drums, Charlotta Kerbs on backing vocals and Marcus Söderström on bass.
